VIP Charter Bus Transportation to the Cruise Port

We are excited to share an important update for our BMEN on Virgin 2026 VIP guests.

The charter bus transportation has officially been booked for VIP guests staying at or meeting us at YOTEL Miami Hotel. This transportation will take guests from the hotel to the Virgin Voyages Cruise Port on embarkation day.

This is one of the added benefits created to help make the BMEN on Virgin experience smoother, easier, and more organized for our VIP guests.

VIP Plus Shuttle Time

VIP Plus guests will depart at 1:30 PM.

VIP Plus guests should be ready and in the designated meeting area before departure time. Please make sure your luggage is with you and that you are prepared to leave the hotel on time.

VIP Shuttle Time

VIP guests will depart at 2:15 PM.

VIP guests should also be ready before the scheduled departure time. The goal is to keep everything moving smoothly so everyone can get to the port, check in, and begin the cruise experience without unnecessary delays.

Please Be on Time

Because this is a group transportation service, it is very important that everyone arrives on time. The bus will be operating on a schedule, and we want to make sure all guests are able to get to the port in an organized and timely manner.

Please plan ahead, have your bags packed, and be ready before your assigned departure time.

What to Bring With You

Before leaving YOTEL Miami, please make sure you have:

Your luggage, your passport or required travel documents, your Virgin Voyages check-in information, any medication or personal items you need nearby, your phone and charger, your BMEN/VIP items, if already received

Once we leave for the port, you should have everything you need to board the ship.
