By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing any pass, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Company Information

Wes & Friends is operated by Adopted Connection LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). All BMEN-related events, passes, and experiences are curated and facilitated under this entity unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website and purchase event passes. Certain events may require attendees to be 21 years of age or older, especially where alcohol is involved.

 

3. Event Passes & Purchases

All BMEN passes, upgrades, add-ons, and event-related purchases are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Pass types, inclusions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Limited-quantity passes (including VIP and VIP Plus) may sell out and are not guaranteed.

  • All passes must be paid in full by the stated deadline associated with the event.

 

4. No Refund Policy

All sales for BMEN event passes are final and non-refundable.

Funds collected are used to secure vendors, venues, transportation services, staffing, and other pre-paid event-related costs. If you are unable to attend or choose not to attend, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.

Please review all event details carefully before purchasing.

 

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

BMEN events may involve third-party vendors, venues, transportation providers, cruise operators, and hospitality partners.

Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC are not responsible or liable for:

  • Cancellations, delays, or changes by third parties

  • Failure of third-party services to meet expectations

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

All third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions.

 

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify event schedules, locations, programming, or inclusions

  • Substitute vendors or venues when necessary

  • Cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled at our sole discretion.

 

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating in BMEN events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, group events, nightlife activities, beach activities, and alcohol consumption.

You acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, and you agree to release Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC from liability for injury, loss, or damages.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in BMEN events or use of this website.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, vendors, and venues.

We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

 

10. Membership Accounts

Users who create accounts on WesAndFriends.com are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activity conducted under their account

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on WesAndFriends.com, including text, images, logos, branding, and event materials, is the property of Adopted Connection LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

 

12. Privacy
