Cabin Retreat Terms, Conditions & Liability Policy

By purchasing and participating in the BMEN: Reset & Recharge Cabin Retreat (“Retreat”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Wes & Friends / Adopted Connection LLC.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited-capacity nature of this retreat (limited to 10 participants), all payments are final.

• All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.• Payments are non-transferable to future retreats, cruises, events, or Inner Circle memberships.• If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their spot to another approved participant no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date. Approval is at the sole discretion of Wes & Friends.

By completing your purchase, you understand that your payment secures a reserved and exclusive space that cannot be resold once confirmed.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that involvement in this retreat includes inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Travel to and from the cabin• Mountain terrain, hiking, walking on uneven surfaces• Use of hot tubs, decks, stairs, fireplaces, grills, and cabin amenities• Participation in group activities• Consumption of food and alcohol

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this retreat.

3. Medical Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for:

• Their physical and mental health• Any pre-existing medical conditions• Any medications required during the retreat• Informing Wes & Friends of any serious allergies or medical concerns prior to arrival

Wes & Friends / Adopted Connection LLC will not be responsible for:

• Medical expenses• Ambulance costs• Hospital visits• Emergency services• Injuries sustained during the retreat• Allergic reactions or food sensitivities

Any medical attention required during or after the retreat is the sole financial responsibility of the participant.

Participants are encouraged to carry personal health insurance.

4. Alcohol Liability

Alcohol may be provided as part of the curated experience.

By consuming alcohol at the retreat, you acknowledge:

• You are 21 years of age or older.• You are choosing to consume alcohol voluntarily.• You are responsible for your own limits and behavior.

Wes & Friends / Adopted Connection LLC is not responsible for:

• Overconsumption• Injuries resulting from intoxication• Property damage• Personal disputes• Accidents occurring while under the influence

Participants agree to drink responsibly. Any reckless or dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

5. Personal Conduct & Behavior Policy

This retreat is designed to be an intentional, elevated, brotherhood-centered experience.

Participants agree to:

• Treat all attendees with respect• Refrain from physical or verbal aggression• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior• Respect the property and accommodations

The following will not be tolerated:

• Physical altercations• Verbal abuse• Harassment of any kind• Destruction of property• Illegal activity• Endangerment of self or others

Wes & Friends reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat at any time, without refund, if their behavior disrupts the safety, integrity, or experience of the group.

Any damages to the property caused by a participant will be their sole financial responsibility.

6. Travel & Transportation Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Transportation to and from the retreat location• Travel delays or cancellations• Missed arrival times• Vehicle issues• Weather-related disruptions

Wes & Friends is not responsible for missed travel arrangements or costs associated with transportation issues.

7. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that:

Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Injury• Illness• Death• Loss of personal belongings• Property damage• Emotional distress• Financial loss• Accidents• Acts of other participants

Participation in this retreat is voluntary. By attending, you release and hold harmless Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC from any and all claims arising from participation.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending the BMEN: Reset & Recharge Cabin Retreat, you:

• Confirm you have read and understand this policy• Agree to all terms and conditions• Accept full personal responsibility for your participation• Release Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC from liability
