You’ll also enjoy access to the official AC Miami Party and the full BMEN cruise itinerary, ensuring you’re connected to every key moment of the trip.
Onboard, VIP guests are invited to a private cruise reception, an exclusive gathering reserved only for VIP pass holders. In Grand Turk, your VIP status continues at the iconic “Shades of Nude” Beach Party, where you’ll be welcomed with a BMEN Margarita, enjoy a prime beach location, and have access to a dedicated beach chair and umbrella set for comfort throughout the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
All passes sold for BMEN events are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Pass revenue is used to support the planning, production, and execution of customized and curated event experiences. Vendors, venues, service providers, and other third parties are contracted and paid in advance to secure services on behalf of event attendees.
Accordingly, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or a decision not to attend.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a BMEN event pass, you assume full responsibility for your participation in the event. If you are unable or choose not to attend, no refund will be provided.
Third-Party Disclaimer
Wes & Friends, operated under Adopted Connection LLC, is not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, cancellations, delays, or non-performance of third-party vendors, venues, transportation providers, cruise operators, or any other companies associated with the overall trip.
Any disputes, cancellations, or changes related to third-party services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of those providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wes & Friends and Adopted Connection LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience resulting from event participation, third-party services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as all related terms governing participation in BMEN events.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Adopted Connection LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
