🚢 CRUISE QUESTIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: What is a BMEN Cruise?
A: BMEN is a curated group travel experience created around vacation, community, connection, entertainment, and meeting new people. You are still enjoying everything the cruise line offers, while also having access to the BMEN community and experiences created specifically for our group.

Q: Do I have to book through Wesandfriends.com to be considered part of BMEN?
A: Yes. You must be properly booked and connected to the official BMEN group. Simply being on the same ship does not automatically make you part of the BMEN group.

Q: What happens if I book separately from the group?
A: BMEN will not cater to travelers who are not officially associated with the group. This can include access to BMEN communication, group chats, private activities, passes, group information, and other BMEN-specific experiences.

Q: Can I book directly through Virgin Voyages and still participate?
A: Your reservation must ultimately be connected to the Wesandfriends/BMEN group. When booking, make sure you remain with Wesley/Wesandfriends.com as your travel advisor and stay associated with the group.

Q: Should I book a “Lock It In” rate?
A: We generally recommend NOT booking a Lock It In rate unless you absolutely need to. These fares usually come with significantly less flexibility and can make changes much more complicated later.

Q: What about Virgin Voyages Base Tier fares?
A: We also recommend avoiding the Base Tier when possible for similar reasons. Lower-priced fare options can come with additional restrictions and reduced flexibility.

Q: Why is flexibility so important?
A: Travel plans, sailing details, room assignments, dates, and personal circumstances can change. Choosing a more flexible fare can give you more options if something needs to be adjusted later.

Q: Is the cruise fare the same thing as a BMEN Events Pass?
A: No. Your cruise fare pays for your cruise vacation. Certain BMEN trips may also have a separate BMEN Events Pass for privately organized BMEN activities. Cruise-line events and BMEN private events are separate.

Q: Does buying a BMEN Pass mean I am booked for the cruise?
A: No. A pass does not replace your cruise reservation. You must first be properly booked on the trip and associated with the BMEN group.

Q: Can someone who is not in the BMEN group purchase a BMEN Pass?
A: No. BMEN passes and private BMEN experiences are intended for travelers participating in the official group.

Q: Is there a WhatsApp group?
A: Yes. Officially booked travelers may be invited to the BMEN WhatsApp group so they can receive updates, announcements, event information, reminders, and connect with other travelers before the trip.

Q: Can I join the WhatsApp group if I am not booked with BMEN?
A: No. Group communication is reserved for verified BMEN travelers.

Q: Do I have to attend every BMEN activity?
A: No. This is still your vacation. Participate in as much or as little as you want unless a particular activity has its own requirements.

Q: Do people travel alone?
A: Absolutely. Many travelers join BMEN without already knowing everyone. One of the biggest parts of the experience is having the opportunity to meet people and build new friendships.

Q: Is BMEN only about parties?
A: No. While some trips include nightlife and private events, BMEN is also about travel, community, networking, relaxation, friendship, exploring destinations, and creating memorable experiences together.

Q: How big are the BMEN groups?
A: Group size varies. BMEN 2026 brought together more than 250 travelers, and future trips may be smaller or larger depending on the destination and availability.

Q: Should I wait until the last minute to book?
A: We do not recommend it. Cruise inventory and pricing can change quickly. Once a cabin category or sailing sells out, Wesandfriends.com cannot guarantee that additional inventory will become available.

🏝️ RESORT QUESTIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: What is a Wesandfriends.com Resort Vacation?
A: Resort vacations are group getaways at selected properties where travelers can relax, enjoy the destination, and connect with other members of the community.

Q: Are resort trips all-inclusive?
A: When a trip is advertised as all-inclusive, the resort package generally includes the food, beverages, and standard resort amenities identified by that property. Always review the specific resort listing because inclusions vary.

Q: Does all-inclusive mean every BMEN event is included?
A: No. Resort amenities and privately organized BMEN events are different. Certain private events, venues, entertainment, excursions, or experiences may require a separate BMEN Pass or additional charge.

Q: Do I have to book my resort through Wesandfriends.com?
A: Yes, when the trip requires a Wesandfriends.com booking. This allows us to properly identify the group, communicate with the resort, track our travelers, and plan group activities.

Q: Can I stay at the same resort but book somewhere else?
A: You may physically be at the same property, but that does not automatically give you access to the Wesandfriends/BMEN group experience. Certain trips specifically require a Wesandfriends.com booking for participation.

Q: Are deposits available?
A: Many resort vacations offer an initial deposit with the remaining balance due later. Deposit amounts and final-payment deadlines are different for every trip and will be listed on the individual booking page.

Q: Can I make payments over time?
A: When the travel supplier allows it, yes. You may usually make additional payments toward your reservation before the final payment deadline.

Q: Are flights included?
A: Unless specifically stated, airfare should not be assumed to be included. Always review the trip listing for exactly what your package covers.

Q: Are airport transfers included?
A: Some packages include airport transportation while others do not. The individual vacation page will state what is included.

Q: Can I travel by myself to a resort trip?
A: Yes. Solo travelers are welcome unless a particular booking requires double occupancy. Many guests join specifically because they want to meet and travel with new people.

Q: Are excursions included?
A: Usually not unless they are specifically listed in the package. Optional excursions may be offered separately.

Q: Are BMEN resort events mandatory?
A: Your vacation is still yours to enjoy. However, if a private BMEN event requires a pass, only travelers with the appropriate access will be admitted.

🏡 CABIN RETREAT QUESTIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: What is a Wesandfriends.com Cabin Retreat?
A: Cabin retreats are smaller, more intimate group experiences centered around community, relaxation, conversation, games, shared meals, activities, and spending quality time together.

Q: Are cabin retreats different from cruises and resorts?
A: Very different. Cabin retreats involve living together in a shared private property for several days, so compatibility, respect, cleanliness, communication, and understanding the group environment are extremely important.

Q: Are cabin retreats open to everyone?
A: Availability and eligibility depend on the individual retreat. Some retreats may have specific group requirements or limited capacity.

Q: Is there an introduction process?
A: Certain cabin retreats require guests to introduce themselves to the group before arrival. This helps everyone become familiar with who they will be sharing the home and experience with.

Q: Do I have to join the cabin WhatsApp group?
A: When listed as a requirement, yes. Important arrival information, house expectations, schedules, updates, and group communication happen through WhatsApp.

Q: Are rooms private?
A: Cabin accommodations vary. Depending on the retreat, options may include master suites, private bedrooms, shared rooms, bunks, couches, or other sleeping arrangements. Your selected accommodation will determine your sleeping space.

Q: Are food and drinks included?
A: Some cabin retreats include meals and beverages prepared or provided for the group. Always check the individual retreat page for what is included.

Q: Can I bring additional guests?
A: No one should assume they can bring an unregistered guest. Every person staying at or participating in a cabin retreat must be approved and properly booked.

Q: What are the expectations inside the cabin?
A: Respect the property, respect other guests, follow the house rules, practice consent, protect everyone’s privacy, and understand that you are sharing space with a group.

Q: Can I photograph or record other guests?
A: Privacy is extremely important at our cabin retreats. Photos or videos of other guests should never be taken or posted without permission.

Q: Are clothing-optional retreats sexual events?
A: No. Clothing optional does not mean consent to sexual activity. Boundaries, consent, privacy, and appropriate behavior in shared spaces must always be respected.

Q: Can someone be denied participation in a cabin retreat?
A: Yes. Because cabin trips involve several people sharing a private residence, Wesandfriends.com reserves the right to determine whether a potential guest is appropriate for a particular retreat. Decisions are made based on the safety, comfort, compatibility, and overall experience of the group and are not based on unlawful discrimination.

Q: What happens if someone refuses to follow the retreat rules?
A: Guests are expected to follow all posted policies and instructions. Serious violations may result in removal from the experience.

💳 GENERAL BOOKING QUESTIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: Are prices guaranteed?
A: No. Travel pricing and availability can change until a reservation is actually secured.

Q: Does holding a potential booking mean my trip is confirmed?
A: No. A potential booking or quote is not the same as a finalized reservation. Complete your booking as soon as possible if you want to secure the available price and accommodation.

Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Refund and cancellation policies depend on the specific cruise line, resort, supplier, fare type, cabin retreat, event pass, or package purchased. Review the terms before making payment.

Q: Can Wesandfriends.com override a cruise line or resort's cancellation policy?
A: No. Supplier rules still apply to your reservation.

Q: Why should I book through Wesandfriends.com instead of just traveling to the destination myself?
A: Because these trips are about more than simply arriving at the same destination. Booking with the group connects you to the community, communication, planning, private experiences, group activities, and people who make the trip unique.

Q: What are the two types of Wesandfriends.com vacations?
A: We offer both Discovery Vacations and Event Vacations.

🌎 Discovery Vacations focus on traveling to and exploring a destination together without a schedule of private Wesandfriends.com events or event passes.

🎉 Event Vacations include specially planned Wesandfriends.com/BMEN experiences and may require an event pass for access.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions before booking?
A: Contact Wesley at Wesandfriends.com before booking if you are unsure about the proper fare, room, group selection, pass, or booking process. It is much easier to answer a question before you finalize a restrictive reservation.
